    – 33 stalls in main barn, each are 12’x12′ with rubber mats, automatic water, fans and Fly system (automatic)
    – 4 stalls are 10’x12’ matted
    – 5 stalls are 10’x10’ matted pony stalls
    – 2 wash stalls with hot water and heaters
    – 2 more cross tie areas with potential for more
    – Climate-controlled Lounge with large full bath/ shower
    – Individual tack lockers in a climate-controlled tack room
    – Huge INDOOR Riding Arena  (100′ x 200) that sports a viewing room.
    – The ring is a clay base with a sand/ bluestone mixture, has a tapered liner along the walls, and best of all – it is connected to the barn so you can avoid the elements
    – Huge motorized garage doors for easy drive through access
    – One outside ring is 150’x300′ with sand and bluestone footing complete with jumps and judge’s stand
    – Another outside ring measures 140’ x 280’, also with sand and bluestone footing, jumps, full lights and judge’s stand
    – 6 huge pastures, each 4+ acres, some with large run-in sheds.  None of the big pastures share fencing
    – 5 smaller fenced paddocks for smaller turnout.
    – Machine Building, including a fully equipped 900 sq ft apartment
    – Over 4 miles of fencing and bridle paths around the perimeter of the property
    – 2-Acre pond (approx18’ deep), fishing welcome!
