Contemporary Bali feel with lush outdoors and stunning views. The Hidden Bali Home in Santa Ana offers multi-level luxury with internal and external gardens that add an invigorating aura throughout. The home was built to soothe the senses, pamper the family, and combine sustainable features for solar water heating and enough photovoltaic energy to run the entire home.
The cobblestone entrance at Hidden Bali Home leads past the trees to the main entrance. The custom design by Ronald Zurcher architects offers mix of modern styling with stone, wood, and blended materials that frame the double-wide entrance, lined with green gardens and trees on the opposite side.
The main social area of Hidden Bali Home is located on the upper level and includes an integrated space with the living room, dining area, terrace with outdoor BBQ area, and the kitchen. This is an inviting space created to enjoy, share, and appreciate the indoor detailing and outdoor views. The visible roof structure uses precious almond wood and cane detailing, complemented with clean Spanish micro cement flooring that is beautiful and easy to clean. The entire main area enjoys expansive windows framed by German quality PVC with mosquito nets and louvers.
The kitchen at the Hidden Bali Home offers an open layout with a U-shaped central counter with breakfast bar, Italian Miton design and plenty of natural light with sandblasted glass sliding doors. This is the ideal spot for the passionate cook to create and share. Kitchen features include Blum cabinets and accessories, and built in appliances including Kitchen Aid refrigerator and freezer, ice machine, a Kitchen Aid stove, microwave and dishwasher; and a Wolf brand induction-top stove.
The stairway down to the private area of the Hidden Bali Home is made of almond tree wood. In addition to the four bedrooms, the lower level includes two bathrooms, a surround cinema theater, and indoor tropical gardens with two-floor high trees within the home.
The large master bedroom boasts German oak parquet flooring, walk-in closet and bathroom with whirlpool bath and great views towards the Santa Ana valley. The Hidden Bali private area bathrooms offer celling waterfall showers, shower channel drains, built-in wall Roca toilets and beautiful Roca sinks with waterfall taps, Spanish bathroom drawers and closets from DICA with exclusive stone cover. Keeping with it’s Bali feel, the home also includes breathtaking luxury outside showers with lush forest views. Three fully decked additional bedrooms with private bath are also located on this floor.
The lower level at The Hidden Bali Home also includes the laundry area, maid’s room, storage area, and the machine room with fresh and hot water tanks.
The home includes a covered garage for two plus plenty of outdoor additional parking, solar hot water heating, and photovoltaic solar panels that produce
sufficient electricity for the entire house. A three thousand liter fresh water tank provides added peace of mind.
