DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The main building of the property (273 sq m) is divided on two floors in the following way.
– Ground floor (122 m2): here we find the actual cellar and a storage room for the products.
– First floor (151 m2): accessible from the outside via a staircase, it includes a kitchen with fireplace, a corridor leading to 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a bathroom and a closet.
The other buildings (for a total of about 310 square meters) are rural buildings mainly used for the reception of farm animals and barns.
STATE AND FINISHES
The main building was a 19th century farmhouse already renovated in the past but now in poor condition due to the lack of use. The plaster on the interior walls has deteriorated, as have the floors, while on the outside cracks are visible on the stone walls. Agricultural buildings are clearly in the state determined by the use that has been made of them (shelter for animals and barns), which does not require too careful maintenance.
The property is divided into two lots located a short distance from each other. The first lot includes the buildings and 2 hectares of unused land but potentially convertible into arable land and / or vineyards.
