Arriving by a private lane, the main house consists of 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living and dining room are renovated in a charming way with wooden beams, stone walls and chimneys. The terroir: Clay-limestone with a soft slope (70 m above the sea). Density: 4000 plants per hectare, vineyard completely restructured. Average age of vines: 22 years with few very old blocks (around 50 years old). Total production red: 130 000 bottles. Total production white: 20 000 bottles.
The wines of this property are sold in France and export. 2 chateaux names are registered.
